I have not done in-depth research into GreenTree so I can't comment on it specifically. However in general scale advantage (in terms of membership, procurement, and bargaining power vs. OTAs etc) would suggest Atour (and H World in that respect) would be advantaged vs. GreenTree (which I assume is significantly smaller).

Number of Rooms - 309,000
Number of Hotels - 4,238
RevPar is 128 RMB.
Market cap is $260M.
Liquidity is an issue as it's 90% owned by the Chairman/CEO. If you want to build a good position - the stock would easily move 10-20%.
